Danity Kane Debut Their New Single Live

Diddy's girls Danity Kane have begun live promotion of their new single "Damaged". Usually, I like to post better quality videos, but this LQ video of a recent performance at Spotlight on Bad Boy R&B Night has ben floating around the web like crazy. Seems as if people are really interested in the new single. We can currently catch Danity Kane record their upcoming album on MTV's Making The Band 4. Check out the performance.

Out Tomorrow: The Eye and Over Her Dead Body

Planning to go out and watch a movie this weekend? Well, coming out tomorrow we've got a terror film and a good comedy. Jessica Alba takes the roll of an accomplished concert violinist who has been blind since a childhood tragedy. Sydney Wells goes on to get a double corneal transplant, and her sight is restored. But Sydney's happiness is short-lived as unexplainable shadowy and frightening images start to haunt her. The Eye is a film remake of a 2002 Hong Kong film of the same name. Interesting enough, eh? Now, if you want to laugh instead of jump of fright, then Over Her Dead Body is the choice to watch. Eva Longoria Parker plays the roll of Kate, a girl who dies on the day of her wedding to fiancé Henry (Paul Rudd). He subsequently begins a relationship with psychic Ashley (Lake Bell) who becomes haunted by Kate trying to sabotage their relationship. Just because she's passed on... Doesn't mean she's moving on. The movie looks hella funny and will likely draw big amounts of people. We've got some hard choices this weekend!

Lil Mama- "Shawty Get Loose" Music Video

Lil Mama has released the third single from her still-unreleased album "Voice of the Young People". The rapper had a top 10 smash last summer with "Lip Gloss", but her second single "G-Slide" failed to impress and must be the reason why the album was pushed back to this spring. The new single features T-Pain and Chris Brown, the song is good and so is the video, wouldn't be surprised to see this one climb the charts in no time. Check it out.

Justin Timberlake SuperBowl Commercial

As we all know, a big part of SuperBowl Sunday are the numerous amount of new commercials that air during the break. It's become a tradition that many celebrities take part of. Pop singer Justin Timberlake shot a commercial for Pepsi and Amazon this past December and the commercial will air this February 3rd during the SuperBowl brake. It's a funny commercial, you'll get a few laughs out of it. Enjoy.

Pocket Full of Good News for Natasha Bedingfield

Natasha Bedingfield crashes the Billboard 200 with her "Pocketful of Sunshine" debuting at No. 3 with 50,000. That's not only a new chart high for her, but this is also her best sales week. Her first album, 2005's "Unwritten," peaked at No. 26 upon its debut with her previous best sales week: 34,000. The new album was led by the single "Love Like This" (featuring Sean Kingston), a top 20 hit on the Billboard Hot 100. Additionally, the tune has sold 777,000 digital downloads to date ... "Pocketful of Sunshine" has had an interesting journey to its release. Originally titled "N.B.," the set bowed in spring 2007 in Europe. However, it was greeted by mediocre sales and failed to produce major hit singles. Perhaps in response to that reception, the American version of the album only retains six of the songs from "N.B." and adds seven recently recorded tunes (including lead track "Love Like This"). Natasha has met a bigger success in the US, where she's had numerous Platinum-selling hits like "These Words", "Unwritten" and "Love Like This".

"Innocence" Avril Lavigne's 4th Single??

Strong rumor has it that "Innocence" will be Avril Lavigne's fourth single from her multi-platinum album, "The Best Damn Thing". The track is a beautiful ballad, perhaps, my favorite song ever from Avril... however, I'm a little surprised she would decide to release this song as a single instead of a more upbeat song like "I Can Do Better". I know if officially released, "Innocence" will appeal to a lot of people and could become one of her biggest hits, but I still keep my fingers crossed that there will be a fifth single from this album. Check out a video with the song above. Enjoy.

[MP3] Jonas Brothers- "SOS"

As requested by Enzo, here's the MP3 of the studio version of the Jonas Brothers' biggest hit to date, "SOS", found on the group's Platinum sophomore self-titled album. One catchy song alright, enjoy.

Daughtry- "Feels Like Tonight" Music Video

Multi-platinum breakout group Daughtry have recently released the music video for the fourth single from their self-titled debut. This song is called "Feels Like Tonight", another slower song that will likely be added to the group's list of hits. I think the video is a little boring and I also say that for a fourth single, they should've chosen a more ubeat song... considering their past two singles were a little slower. Either way, I'm sure this one will become a chart-topper as well. Check it out.

Kellie Pickler Live @ Ellen

American Idol alum Kellie Pickler has been hard at promoting her newest single off her Platinum debut album, "Small Town Girl". The single, "Things That Never Cross A Man's Mind" has been climbing country singles charts steadily.. now we're waiting for a music video! As part of promotion, Pickler appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show last week to perform the hit, check out the performance. It's great, enjoy.

Behind The Scenes at Paula Abdul's New Vid

Paula Abdul is making a comeback this coming SuperBowl weekend. The Idol judge and once pop phenomenon has recorded a single called "Dance Like There's No Tomorrow", the track will be included in Randy Jackson's upcoming March 11th release "Randy Jackson's Music Club, Vol. 1". Paula has not been on the music scene for over a decade and it looks like she might be making quite a big comeback splash, as she is also set to have a performance of this song air during this week's extremely awaited-for SuperBowl. Extra was also behind the scenes at Paula's set for the new music video, which includes cameos from all her Idol pals, Simon, Ryan and Randy. The video is also set to premiere this Sunday. Check out the footage .

Gwen Stefani is Pregnant... Again

Gwen Stefani has confirmed she is 13 weeks pregnant with bambino number two.

The No Doubt star and rocker husband Gavin Rossdale are chuffed about having a brother or sister for their lad Kingston, one.

A source said:
“They found out at California’s Cedars-Sinai hospital and couldn’t wait to share the news with everyone.”

Back in October Gwen revealed she was keen to have more kids.

She said:
“Obviously I’m in a race to have another one but I don’t want to do it while I’m out on tour.”

And it looks like Gavin’s going to be run off his feet looking after her every whim now.

She added:
“He makes whatever food I crave.” - Thanks to Terran.

Congratulations to them, they're a great family, I wish them all the best. Of course, this means we have to wait longer for a No Doubt album... but I guess we can wait.

OneRepublic- "Stop and Stare" Music Video

Alright, so this band's becoming bigger and bigger by the minute here in the States. OneRepublic just released the music video for their second single off their new album "Dreaming Out Loud". The song is called "Stop and Stare", wonderful song this is. The entire album is great, I definitely recommend it to those who might have not heard of this group yet. Check out the music video, enjoy.

Britney Spears' Face on the New Blender Cover

And the award for most pathetic cover in the history of magazines goes to... Blender Magazine. I can not believe that a magazine this big would go through with such a damn fake cover. Obviously, we know that this cover features Britney Spears' face from years ago pasted on to some model's body that was shot with an empty Red Bull can and a Mickey Mouse hat filled with cigarette butts - that part: hilarious! I'm dissapointed that Blender would publish such a terrible cover, I'd expect OK! Weekly to do something like that.. but well, check it out anyway. Just hope they don't do it again... I mean Britney is bad enough.

Jonas Brothers New Music Video

Newest tween sensation, the Jonas Brothers have released the new music video from their already platinum self-titled sophomore album. The song is called "When You Look Me In The Eyes", a ballad that has begun climbing the charts steadily. Where did this group's success come from? All know is that they better thank Hannah Montana for it. Check out the vid.

Danity Kane on KING Magazine

Danity Kane or "Diddy's Dark Angels" will appear on the newest cover of KING magazine. I want to feel like it's a nice cover... however, I feel like they were photoshopped to the point of distortion. Take a look at D. Woods [center] .. she looks like a man! Haha, not their best photo. Check it out.

Out Today: Meet The Spartans & Rambo

Sylvester Stallone is back as John Rambo, kicking butt on the fourth installment of the Rambo franchise. This is the first Rambo film to be released in nearly 20 years and the 60 year-old actor looks better than he did then. It ought to be a great action-packed film, go check it out. Also out today is the follow-up to last year's Epic Movie, Meet The Spartans. The film is a parody of numerous films, TV shows and celebrities, including American Idol, Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, 300, Tyra Banks, Spider Man 3, Shrek The Third, Paris Hilton and many more. If you're looking for a good laugh this weekend, this will be the film to watch. Here are both movie posters, enjoy.

Danity Kane Names Upcoming Sophomore Album

Danity Kane have announced the names of their upcoming single and album. The single will be called "Damaged", the track can be heard over at Dawn's Myspace, it's a good track tha will likely become the group's second top ten hit. As for the album, the girls have chosen to go with "Welcome to the Dollhouse". Nice title, don't forget to watch the girls record this one on the upcoming season of MTV's Making The Band 4, premiering on January 28th.. as well as the release of the album this March 11th. I can't wait for this one, I did like their debut album a lot.

Carrie Underwood- "All-American Girl" Music Video

My beloved Carrie Underwood has released the second single from her double platinum album, "Carnival Ride". The song is called "All-American Girl", one of my favorite tracks from the album. The music video is great, liked that they decided to dress Carrie up for every take... fulfilled everyone of my fantasies seeing her in so many looks. I also found it great that they decided to use remarks of the "Before He Cheats" music video. Wonderful stuff, check it out!

Real World/Road Rules: The Gauntlet 3 - Tonight!

There's nothing I love more than a whole season of drama, fights, more drama, make outs, fun, and more drama! I've been watching the Real World/Road Rules Challenges since 2001's Battle of the Seasons and I definitely miss a lot of the old kids that were on earlier challenges (like Veronica, Julie, Rachel, the Miz and many more). Now, for the third time, The Gauntlet comes around using a Rookies Vs. Veterans method... like it was seen on The Gauntlet 2. Talking about Gauntlets and challenges over all, I still say that Sarah (Road Rules Campus Crawl) is the ultimate queen of these things. The girl was on a team that did not want her, therefore sent her to five total Gauntlets in 2003 hoping she would loose.. turns out Sarah won all five gauntlets eliminating two boys and three girls from the Real World team including Las Vegas' own Irulan and Trishelle. And in the end, with her Road Rules Team, Sarah crossed the finish line for the final mission and took home a brand new car and a ridiculous amount of cash. Now, on The Gauntlet 3 it's said that Jillian (Road Rules XTREME) does something similar... hmm, we'll have to wait and see. Don't forget to catch the season premiere of MTV's Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Gauntlet 3, tonight at 10PM. To get you in the mood, here's a video of Sarah re-caping all her Gauntlet 1 moments. Enjoy, it's crazy.

New Hilary Duff Perfume Ad

Hilary Duff will release a new perfume line called Wrapped Wtih Love, in a way this will be the follow-up to her fragrance released last year, With Love. Here's the ad picture to run in magazines, it's a nice photo... but that's it. Check it out.

Actor Heath Ledger Has Passed Away

Terribly sad news this is. Aussie actor Heath Ledger was found dead in his apartment in New York City today (Jan. 22) at the age of 28. It's said that the cause of his death was an overdose. It's a shame that such good actors have to pass at such a young age, Heath will appear in the upcoming Batman film, The Dark Knight as Joker, other of his work included Brokeback Mountain and A Knight's Tale. May he rest in peace.

Hot Pick: Buckcherry- "Sorry"

"Sorry" is the fifth single from Buckcherry's third studio album, 15. It was not originally planned to be a single, but after increasing popularity on Mainstream radio, the band made a video and officially released the song, and they're probably glad they did because it became the biggest single of their carreer. It's a great song and it has been getting played a lot on radio stations everywhere. Enjoy.

The Oscars Nominees Have Been Announced

The Academy Awards nomination were announced Tuesday morning. Nominees include No Country for Old Men and There Will Be Blood, films that led with eight Oscar nods each, including Best Picture for both. Ratatouille and Juno also scored numerous nods. For a complete list of nominees, click here.

Natasha Bedingifled Live @ Regis & Kelly

This week is full of TV promotion for Natasha Bedingfield, as her new album hit stores today. The singer performed her hit "Love Like This" Live at Regis & Kelly. Great performance, check it out.

Aubrey O'Day for Famous Stars and Straps

Aubrey O'Day has become the new face and body for Travis Barker's Famous Stars and Straps clothing line. Aubrey definitely got dirty for this shoot and I'm glad she did. The only things that disturb me is the ridiculous eyeliner and her akward facial expressions, but well. On to other projects, Danity Kane will be featured on the upcoming season of Making The Band on MTV, where we will se the grils record their upcoming album, this should be interesting. While we wait, enjoy the pictures.

Out Today on CD and DVD

Hitting stores today we've got the very awaited-for album by Natasha Bedingfield. Her album "Pocket Full of Sunshine" can now be found in stores and it's guaranteed to fly off the shelves in no time, knowing how big her single "Love Like This" became. Out on DVD is Jessica Simpson's movie "Blonde Ambition". Not too many people care to buy this because it's said the movie is so bad that People magazine has been giving away $3 OFF coupons for the film. Finally, everybody can own a piece of our favorite Girls Next Door, as the DVD for the Third Season of the reality series also hits stores today, some sexy stuff right there. There's a lot to buy this week!

New Ashlee Simpson Promo Pictures

More new pictures from Ashlee Simpson's upcoming album shoot have surfaced. These pictures are great, I really like them. Ashlee's album "Bittersweet World" is currently scheduled to hit stores in March, but I'm afraid to think that if her single "Outta My Head" fails to pick up on radios any time soon then the album will be pushed back... again.

Shakira- "Hay Amores" Music Video

The return of the Best Damn Blog! I'm feeling a lot better, my mouth is still killing me and it's gotten hard to even talk normally, but here I am! I can not let this blog go another day without entries, so let's get back on track!

Colombian singer Shakira has recently released a music video for the song "Hay Amores", a bolero that she recorded for the film, Love in the Time of Cholera. The video is simple but amazing, the song is beautiful and Shakira looks stunning! Check it out.

First of all, I'd like to apologize to everyone for the lack of updates. Over the past few days, I've been extremely sick to the point where I couldn't even get out of my bed. The gums around my wisdom teeth became infected and the suckers have drained me physically. I hope to return soon to keep up with the updating, hope you understand. Thanks for stopping by. Gabe.

Saleisha Stowers on Seventeen Magazine

Talking about America's Next Top Model, here is last season's winner, Dora The Explorer aka Saleisha Stowers on the cover of Seventeen Magazine. She looks fine... it's the hair that makes her looks damn crazy! I still much prefer the Seventeen cover for Cycle 7 winner CariDee English. I'm also posting a new promo picture of Tyra Banks for the new cycle of Top Model, it's hot alright!

America's Next Top Model 10: Meet The Models

The competition goes back to where it all started, New York City, for the tenth cycle of The CW’s hit series AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL, as 14 finalists from across the country fight to make their dreams of becoming a top model into reality. Here's your first look at the girls competing this time around. I see some hotties and I see some... not so hot ones. Check them out.

[MP3] OneRepublic- "Sleep"

[MP3] OneRepublic- "Sleep"

Cover of Mariah Carey's New Album

Here's the cover for Mariah Carey's upcoming and eleventh studio album release, "That Chick", scheduled for an April 28th release. The cover is nice, however, I feel like I've seen that picture before. It looks like an outtake from the shoot for her past album, "The Emancipation of Mimi"... it could get boring. Check it out.

New Video from Timbaland ft. Keri Hilson and Nicole Scherzinger

Timbaland has released the fourth single from his album "Shock Values", album that has already yielded three massive chart-topping hits. This song is called "Scream" and it features the very lovely Keri Hilson and Nicole Scherzinger. I was a little thrown off with the masks the girls are wearing on the video, but other than that, it's wonderful. Check it out.

Cover of Janet Jackson's Album "Discipline"

I honestly don't know what Janet Jackson was thinking when she chose the cover for her newest album "Discipline". I'm positive the photoshoot had a ton better photos. For example, the cover for the CD single of "Feedback" is miles better than the album cover... but well, it was her decision. The album hits stores on February 26th. Here are both album and single covers, you be the judge.

Maroon 5 Perform Live at David Letterman

Maroon 5 performed their new single, "Won't Go Home Without You" Monday night at David Letterman's. This is one of the band's best songs released to date, however, I much prefer their 2004 hit "She Will Be Loved". It has also been announced that the fourth single from "It Won't Be Soon Before Long" will be the song called "Goodnight, Goodnight". Can't wait for that, in the mean time, check out the performance. Enjoy.

The seventh season of American Idol will premiere tomorrow night (January 15th) with Philadelphia and Dallas auditions. All of the initial auditions have now been completed and Everybody is prepared to watch and vote... the question is: will this season's winner become an instant multi-platinum star like fellow winners Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood... or will he/she tank and fail to impress like every other winner? We'll see what happens! Don't forget to tune in tomorrow night.

New Heidi Montag Picture on Maxim

Here's one more picture of reality TV star Heidi Montag looking damn hot on a photoshoot for Maxim Magazine. Her former friends Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge had already appeared on this same magazine before wearing lingerie as well, deja vu! Either way, she looks lovely.

On DVD tomorrow: Good Luck Chuck

Hitting stores everywhere tomorrow is one of last year's funniest films, Good Luck Chuck. The film stars Dane Cook and Jessica Alba who know make a darn funny highly sexual film. a must-see! Check out the DVD cover.

Cloverfield is an American monster flick produced by J.J. Abrams, set to be released to the big screen this coming Friday, January 18th. Told from the point of view of their video camera, the film is a document of their attempt to survive the most surreal, horrifying event of their lives." It defeinitely sound interesting, and I'll be wathcing this one. Here's the movie poster, check it out.

Hot Pick: P!nk- "Dear Mr. President"

[MP3] P!nk - "Dear Mr. President"

"Dear Mr. President" is easily my favorite track from any Pink album. Not only does she state nothing but the truth about our President, George W. Bush, but also, no other singer ever had the guts to express their feelings about this situation through a song. The track is found on Pink's multi-platinum "I'm Not Dead" album, and the video is taken from her Tour DVD called Live in Wembley. It's an incredible song overall, check it out.

VH1 Will Air Christina's Back To Basics Tour

That's right! VH1 will air Christina Aguilera's most extravagant Tour DVD called Back To Basics: Live and Down Under filmed entirely in Sydney, Australia. The DVD will not hit stores until February 5th, however, VH1 will air this special later this month. I'll keep you informed as to when it will air.

UPDATE:
VH1 will air Back To Basics: Live and Down Under this January 26th starting at 10PM! Don't forget to watch.

Ashlee Simpson Goes Brown!

Ashlee Simpson has changed her blonde hair color to a chocolate brown. She was probably reminded of how good she looks with darker hair once she saw herself with a darker wig on her new music video "Outta My Head". Ashlee definitely looks better with darker hair and I hope she keeps it for a while. What do you think?

Carrie Underwood Scans on Shape Magazine

American Idol's most successful contestant ever, Carrie Underwood is featured on the cover of the new issue of Shape Magazine. If anybody asks me about the perfect woman, Carrie Underwood would come right to my mind, and I've said it times before. She's gorgeous! I envy the guy who wins this girl's heart. Check out the scans.

Janet Jackson Rocks the Cover of Billboard

Janet Jackson will appear on the new issue cover of Billboard's weekly magazine looking great. The singer is having quite a successful "come-back" with her newest single "Feedback" climbing the charts steadily. As a reminder, her new album hits stores next month.

Christina Aguilera Releases New Music Video

Miss new-mom, Christina Aguilera has released a music video for her song "Save Me From Myself", found on the singer's multi-platinum album, "Back To Basics". On other notes, Christina reportedly gave birth to a baby boy a couple of days ago, accordingly, both parents and the baby are healthy and happy. Congrats to the family. Check out the music video, which includes real footage of Christina's wedding.

Video of the Week: No Doubt- "Don't Speak"

Let's go back a little over ten years ago, when No Doubt topped charts all over the world with their biggest single so far, "Don't Speak". Not only did this single make No Doubt a household name, but it also helped their album "Tragic Kingdom" sell over 16 million copies worldwide, amazin'! And even though it's been over a decade since the official release of the song, it still gets radio airplay constantly in Top 40 radio stations. It's an amazing song and it will easily remain as one of the greatest songs of all times. Check it out!

[MP3] Nick Lachey- "Resolution (Full Band Remix)"

Here goes one more request, "Resolution" is included in Nick Lachey's sophomore effort, "What's Left of Me". However, the version I'm posting is the "full band version" - the mix that was sent out to radio stations last year. The difference between the two versions is that this one is a little more upbeat. Enjoy. :)
