All Good Things Come to An End...

I always knew this day would eventually come, but it's hard to believe it's here. Five years ago, I opened this blog looking to share my opinions on what was popular in the entertainment world, as well as introduce people with things they wouldn't have otherwise came across. It's been an incredible journey, five years dedicated to the blog and collecting three and half million page views in the process is something to be proud of. And I am.

Unfortunately, all good things come to an end. I started this blog when I was in my Senior year of High School with all the free time I could wish of. A lot has changed since then and I'm now more dedicated to my full time job, I'm dedicated to spending time with my friends and family, and that leaves less time for me to devote to the blog. I mentioned on Twitter yesterday: when a hobby starts to feel more like a chore, that's when I have to do something about it. As much as I loved keeping the blog updated, the past year I've become less involved and it's unfair to you for me to continue to run a blog if I'm not going to put 100% into it.

Over these five incredible years, I've achieved great things. I've gotten re-posted in other websites, referenced by other bloggers, acknowledged by PRs, record companies and artists. It's been one heck of a ride, and I couldn't be more thankful.

I want to endlessly thank every single person who has been a loyal and dedicated follower of this blog. It means the world to me that you took the time to stop by to see what was new. If you've been with me for the past five years, a special shout out to you! I apologize if this is unexpected, but I think judging by the decrease in post count, the majority of you could see it coming.

It's hard to say goodbye. I put hundreds of hours into this blog, and it sucks to see it end. Will I ever return? Most likely not. But I won't say never! I may come back one day, I don't know. You can keep in contact with me through Twitter! Any questions, ask me there. If I've got any announcements, this will be the place to find them. The blog may have come to an end, but my life continues.
