Cloverfield is an American monster flick produced by J.J. Abrams, set to be released to the big screen this coming Friday, January 18th. The movie is about "Five young New Yorkers who throw their friend a going-away party the night that a monster the size of a skyscraper descends upon the city. Told from the point of view of their video camera, the film is a document of their attempt to survive the most surreal, horrifying event of their lives." It defeinitely sound interesting, and I'll be wathcing this one. Here's the movie poster, check it out.
