America's Next Top Model: 9th Eliminated Model
HEATHER! I'll miss that chick. Yes, Heather was eliminated on this week's episode. It only makes me think... "how in the world does Tyra Banks choose Bianca or Saleisha over Heather?" Anyway, she will have a great post-model career and it might even be a good thing that she did not win. The week's challenge was Go-Sees, Bianca won... but not because she was the best, but because Chantal was disqualified for being late, she would've won hands down. Jenah and Heather were also DQd. for coming in late. Then, during the shoot, the girls had to stand out in front of a bunch of dancing chinese lions and dragons, it was neat. Bianca had the worst photo, her face was dead! Saleisha for the first time shot a picture I actually liked, Jenah and Chantal had good pictures too, but as usual, the best picture came from Heather - she looked effin' great. Heather, was laso announced for the 8th and final week as the CoverGirl of the Week, viewer's loved her, and I'm sure to ANTM's ratings will drop dramatically from this show on. My favorites are gone, I've lost interest on this show, but I will continue to watch, just to update. (Thank God there's just two episodes left for this to end). I'm now hoping Chantal wins... but then again, knowing Tyra's ways, Saleisha (Mushroom Head) might win this whole damn thing - Tyra just sucks at choosing the winner, in 8 cycles, she has not crowned a good, worthy winner. Eh, four girls remain, and they're shooting at the Great Wall of China next week. Bianca best go home. Here's last week's shoot, CoverGirl Queen Collection.PS. I say that from Cycle 10 on, the viewer's are the responsible ones for choosing America's Next Top Model, by voting, much like American Idol. I think it would be much fair.

Official Billboard 200 Chart Report
After seven weeks on the chart, Josh Groban's holiday set "Noel" finally overtakes The Billboard 200 at No. 1. The 143/Reprise album ascends 2-1, selling 405,000 copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan. The 81% increase was fuled in part by his surprise appearance on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" last week. "Noel" is the first Christmas-themed set to top the chart since Kenny G's 1994 album "Miracles," and the 405,000 units marks Groban's best sales week ever. Alicia Keys' "As I Am" (J) flip-flops with "Noel," slipping 1-2 with a 53% sales decrease to 349,000.
The hits compilation "Now 26" climbs a notch 4-3 with 234,000. Garth Brooks' "The Ultimate Hits" (Pearl) moves up 5-4 with 192,000 (-6%).
The Eagles' "Long Road Out of Eden" (Eagles Recording Co.) follows suit, ascending 6-5 with 184,000 (-7%). The soundtrack to Disney's "High School Musical 2" rockets up 14-6 with a 130% sales increase to 183,000; with that, the set surpasses Daughtry's self-titled set as the top selling album in 2007.

Carrie Underwood's "Carnival Ride" (Arista Nashville) climbs 9-7 with 141,000 and a 25% sales bump, while Celine Dion's Columbia album "Taking Chances" falls 3-8 following a 40% sales decrease to 128,000.

Inching up 10-9, Chris Brown's "Exclusive" (Jive) sells 121,000 (+10%). Jordin Sparks, who was crowned the winner on "American Idol" earlier this year, starts at No. 10 with her self-titled 19 Recordings/Jive set, moving 119,000. It is the lowest start and smallest sales debut for any of the show's winners on the tally.

Groban Shines, Jordin Tanks
According to the Hits Daily Double's album sales chart for this week, Josh Groban's christmas album, "Noel", will take the #1 spot for the first time since its debut seven weeks ago, selling well over 400,000 copies! Most of its sales bump comes from not only Black Friday, but also his appearance on Oprah last week. Now, Alicia Keys falls to #2 after a 53% sales drop to about 330,000 copies of "As I Am" - enough to shoot her total album sales over the one million mark in just two weeks. The High School Musical 2 soundtrack had an amazing sales increase of 141%, enough to bring the album back up into the top 5, selling another 190,000 copies this week. Carrie Underwood's "Carnival Ride" climbs 9-7 after a 19% sales increase to another 140,000 copies sold - this should also bring Underwood's numbers to over one million albums sold. Another Platinum hit for her. Chris Brown's "Exclusive" climbs 10-8 with a 18% sales bump to 120,000 copies and American Idol winner Jordin Sparks' self-titled debut album debuts in a very dissapointing #9 spot selling 120,000 copies as well - this makes Jordin the worst debut number for any American Idol winner. Ouch! A full list of numbers will be released tomorrow (Wednesday) night.

Simple Plan- "When I'm Gone" Video Sneek Peak
Canadian pop/rock group, Simple Plan, are making a come-back to the music world by releasing their new single in over three years called "When I'm Gone". The song, as I said before, is great. Probably one of the group's best ones yet... however, the music video looks like it's not as good as it should be judging by the 40-second preiew. Hopefully I'm wrong, and we'll see a lot more when the full version is released. For now, check out the sneek peak. Enjoy.

'Enchanted' Weekend Box Office
Walt Disney's newest film, Enchanted, has opened up the Box Office Report this week at #1 grossing over 35 million dollars, not bad at all. The film has also helped Carrie Underwood's single "Ever Ever After" to get more attention, although the song can't be bought by itself of iTunes... which is shame because it was sure to be another top 10 hit for her. But anyway, back to movies, Chris Brown's This Christmas opened at #2 taking in $18 million and Beowulf drops to #3 with $16 million. An ok week overall. Avril Lavigne Photo From Star Academy
As we know, Avril Lavigne was part of Star Academy a while ago, and during her visit, she was shot what seems to be a random photo behind stage. She looks great, but I think it's time for her to loose the pink on her hair. Not that it doesn't look good on her, it's that too many girls are starting to go out with a pink strip on their hair as well (very much like they did when Avril used to wear ties). Haha. Great picture anyway.

America's Next Top Model: 8th Eliminated Model
In Shanghai, China now! The remaining six girls had to learn to do karate poses of some sort, while being held up in the air, Bianca refused to do the challenge because she's afraid of heights, it was Heather who killed the challenge and won a shopping spree. Heather also won CoverGirl of the Week for the seventh week in a row now. Unfortunately, during their CoverGirl commercial shoot, Heather sturuggled and did the worse overall job of them all, the judges said none of the girls did that much of a good job on the commercial, however, the ad picture was a whole different story. Lisa, who also struggled with the commercial had the strongest picture IMO, followed by Heather's and Bianca's pictures. Saleisha and Jenah did Ok, but Chantal did nicely on both commercial and ad picture. In the end, Chantal was the first to be called, while Lisa and Heather (my two faves) resulted in the bottom two. Lisa is now gone from China, leaving five girls left standing in the competition. Next week is go-sees, and with five girls left, the competition is sure to get heated up! While we wait another week, here is last week's photoshoot, Blazing Cars in the Desert - one of any season's greatest.

Weekend Box Office Report
Yes, it was another slow week, far from those huge summer films like Spider Man 3, Harry Potter, Transformers, Shrek, and others. This weekend, the #1 spot went to Beowulf, an animated epic film adapted from the Old English heroic epic poem of anonymous authorship. The cast of the #1 film which grossed over $28 million, includes Ray Winstone, Anthony Hopkins, and Angelina Jolie. At #2, Bee Movie holds on steadily, while adding another $13 million to its $93 million box office gross total so far, not bad. American Gangster falls to #3 collecting another $13 million, now they stand at $100 million total. Other movies are quite boring and not worth mentioning, other than Love in the Time of Cholera which opened at #10 with a dissapointing $1 million collected, ouch. I honestly can't wait 'til next summer to see these numbers rise once again.
