Rapper Chingy is back with "Fly Like Me", the first single from his upcoming fourth album, "Hate It or Love It", to be released December 18th. I doubt Chingy will have the success he once had with his debut album, "Jackpot" in 2003, but this single might go far. We'll see, enjoy.
