Shakira and Miley Cyrus to Release Charity Duet

Shakira and Miley Cyrus reportedly are going to hook up in a studio for a brand new song. According to reports, the two female singers are lending their voice for good cause, which is to raise fund for children with heart problems.

The charity song is rumored to be titled "Love & Rock", and is expected to be released on Valentine's Day this year. Words are, they are going to perform it at a charity gala on February 14, and will follow it up by premiering a music video.

Miley and Shakira have participated in a number of charities in the past years, including recording songs for Haiti Relief initiatives. The former joined "Everybody Hurts" and "We Are the World 25 for Haiti", while the latter took part in "Somos El Mundo 25 Por Haiti".

Hot Pick: Rock Mafia- "The Big Bang"

This was released half a year ago, but I hadn't heard the song until now... and I can't stop listening to it. "The Big Bang" is a song by producing team Rock Mafia, who are responsible for most of Miley Cyrus' music and many other young stars, including Selena Gomez, Miranda Cosgrove, Aly & AJ, Vanessa Hudgens and more. I said this when Casey performed it, there are some songs that should simply never be touched and left alone, "Smells Like Teen Spirit" being very close to the top of the list. According to HITS Daily Double, Eminem's Recovery sold over 753,000 copies in its debut week, while Miley Cyrus didn't do so hot taking the number 3 spot with around 106,000 copies sold of Can't Be Tamed.

Ozzy Osbourne's Scream did respectably with about 77K copies sold.

Billboard's official numbers will see the light of day tomorrow.

First Week Sales Prediction Revised: Eminem Goes Higher, Miley Lower

Shady’s back, all right. Eminem's sales continue to grow, and in our latest upward revision this morning, we're now calling the Recovery number 700-750k. That means the album isn't just a lock to top the first week of his previous release, Relapse, it's on track to be the biggest debut since AC/DC's Black Ice bowed with 784k back in 2008. With the weekend ahead, it's now just a question of how high it can go. Here are the seedings for next week's Top 3:

Eminem (Shady/Aftermath/Interscope) 700-750k

Drake (Young Money/Cash Money/Universal Motown) 150-160k

Miley Cyrus (Hollywood) 110-120k

Eminem Expected to Debut at #1, Miley at #3

Offering conclusive proof that Marshall still matters, Eminem’s aptly named Recovery will score the year’s highest sales debut. Look for a total of between 590-615k for the Shady/Aftermath/Interscope album, easily beating Sade’s 503k back in February. It could also beat his last album, Relapse, which sold 608k in its first week in May ’09.

In addition, Em’s duet with Rihanna, “Love the Way You Lie,” has currently supplanted Katy Perry’s “California Gurls” as the top iTunes download.

With this week’s sales champ, Drake’s Thank Me Later album, looking like #2 in its second week, the next biggest debut will be Hollywood’s Miley Cyrus album, clocking in at 115-125k, as the Disney teen star looks to shed her wholesome Hannah Montana image.

Epic’s Ozzy Osbourne album, Scream, is next at 65-70k.

- Pretty weak sales for Miley! I thought she had it easy between 250-300k. I guess not.
