Miley Cyrus Live at 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards
This girl says she isn't trying to be slutty, but hell, she's failing at that. She looks good, but couldn't she wait until she was at least of age to show off some skin? Check out Miley Cyrus' performance of "Party in the USA" live at the 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards. She also performed her new single "Can't Be Tamed". I'll post the video once it shows up on YouTube.
