Christina Aguilera's new single
"You Lost Me". The music video will premiere on July 20th! I think we can all agree with this, and it has been mentioned before, but although this is a great song and one of her best, it's a poor single choice. Ballads don't do well anymore, specially not during summer. Someone commented on the blog a couple of weeks ago and said that "this would have been a world hit fifteen years ago". I agree.

I think we can all agree that this is an amazing song, hits don't matter, like really they don't. Yeah it's good but when a song is good, it's good. It's about timeless music. Christina makes great music, You Lost Me is a classic and I'm glad RCA released it.

I like her new hair color. And I really hope that this is a hit. Hopefully it'll be one of those surprise ones? Or a song that stays on the charts until the fall when it really explodes? Christina needs another "Beautiful," but I don't think this is it unfortunately :/
I can't agree with "ballad don't are hits anymore" is true when it came to number 1 spot..but look at Rihanna Russian Roulette make it to number 9..so ballad can be hits no number ones but a HIT is when a song make it to top 10 so if she make it she already have a hit.
Can Russian Roulette really be classified as a ballad?
i think in my opinion the single might do well but it's summer so people wanna hear summery songs and not ballads of losing someone so i think she should've released this either last or later in like fall or winter cuz those seasons fit the ballad cuz they both are kinda darkish
