Go look up Hyuna - Change music video. That girl is younger than Miley and nobody in her country cares. So this is no big deal to me
I agree. I think she's trying to showcase this appeal too much at a young age. It's ok for her to be comfortable with it but at least wait until your a little bit older to do it.
