A newly recovered Lindsay Lohan appears on the new cover of Glamour Magazine in the United Kingdom. She claims to be "back" after a rough year, 2007. I hope she's back for the good reasons this time around and hopefully she can get her career back on track. She looks lovely on the cover by the way.
