Lindsay Lohan Fails Drug Test

Lindsay Lohan failed the court-mandated drug test -- and according to the terms of her probation, she will go back to jail for 30 days as a result.

Lindsay has also just released the following statement via Twitter:

Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result. Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future. This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I'm prepared to face the consequences. I am so thankful for the support of my fans, loved ones and immediate family, who understand that i am trying hard, but also that I am a work in progress, just as anyone else. I am keeping my faith, and I am hopeful....Thank you all!!!

So sad. :( Get it together, Lindsay! You were just in jail and rehab... obviously you learned nothing.

On her career:
"I want my career back. I want the respect that I had when I was doing great movies. And if that takes not going out to a club at night, then so be it. It's not fun anyway.

On her past:
I don't care what anyone says. I know that I'm a damn good actress. … And I know that in my past I was young and irresponsible-but that's what growing up is. You learn from your mistakes.

On rumors that she's an alcoholic:
"If I were the alcoholic everyone says I am, then putting a [SCRAM] bracelet on would have ended me up in detox, in the emergency room, because I would have had to come down from all the things that people say I'm taking and my father says I'm taking-so that says something, because I was fine. I think everyone has their own addictions and hopefully learns how to get past them"

On her father:
"I think my biggest focus for myself is learning how to continue to get through the trauma that my father has caused in my life."

On her alleged drug use:
"I've never abused prescription drugs. I never have-never in my life. I have no desire to. That's not who I am. I've admitted to the things that I've done-to, you know, dabbling in certain things and trying things ’cause I was young and curious and thought it was like, O.K., ’cause other people were doing it and other people put it in front of me. And I see what happened in my life because of it."

On the courtroom drama:
It was "hearbreaking" see Ali cry. "The worst part of it is you turn around and you see your dad crying and normally you’d be, like, happy that your father’s there. But then he has to go and do an interview right after."

On hanging out with the wrong crowd:
“So many people around me would say they cared for the wrong reasons. A lot of people were pulling from me, taking from me and not giving. I had a lot of people that were there for me for, you know, the party.”

On first moving to El Lay:
"It was very go-go-go and I had a lot of responsibility; and I think just the second I didn’t have [structure] anymore—I was 18, 19—with a ton of money and no one really here to tell me that I couldn’t do certain things … And I see where that’s gotten me now, and I don’t like it.” The tabloids were “really scary and sad… I would look up to those girls… the Britneys and whatever. And I would be like, I want to be like that.”

Lindsay Lohan Sentenced to 90 Days in Jail

Lindsay Lohan has to surrender herself to the court on July 20th at 8:30 AM to begin serving a 90 day jail sentence.

The actress was also ordered to serve an additional 90 days at an in-patient rehab treatment.

The judge in Lindsay's probation violation case pointed out to Lohan the numerous times she has lied in the past and was unsympathetic to the actress' tears when she spoke to the court.

- Very sad, but I think this is what the girl needs to get her life back on track.

The younger Lohan is making an attempt to make it big on the music industry! 14 year-old Ali Lohan has been hard at work on what will be her debut album to be released later this year - and if you have kept up with her reality show Living Lohan on E! then you've seen that she's influenced by R&B and Pop music like that from her sister Lindsay, Rihanna and Chris Brown. Now, Ali's debut single has leaked and it's called "All The Way Around" - I think it's a good song and if it catches on radios she will have a crack at success. She actaully reminds me a lot of JoJo. Lindsay Lohan has released new imformation about her upcoming album and single! Everyone's heard that song called "Bossy"... well apparently, that was just a pre-single as the real first single will be a song called "Playground" that features rapper Pharrell. This single should hits radios in September. About the lbvum you ask? Well, the has been announced to be Spirit in the Dark and will hit stores on November 4th. Can't wait? I'm sure we can. Haha.

New Single Covers

We've got two of the most awaited-for musical comebacks for this year. Lindsay Lohan will release her third studio album with the lead single being the upbeat track called "Bossy", which is expected to hit radios in coming weeks. The single cover for that single can be found above.
Now, the Pussycat Dolls, whom I like to call the sexiest female group of all-time will also return to the music scene [now with five girls] with their new single "When I Grow Up". The Dolls will perform this track on Jimmy Kimmel on May 20th, as well as the MTV Movie Awards on June 1st. This ought to be interesting. Check out the single cover above.

Lindsay Lohan- "Bossy"... New Single?

A song called "Bossy" has leaked that is rumored to be Lindsay Lohan's first single from her upcoming still untitled third studio album. Some say it's the first single, others say it might not even be included in the album... either way, it's the first song we've heard from Lohan in years. The track is very dance, electro-pop mixed with some 80s and techno. Some people are going to like it, others will hate it. I find the song to be average and I hope she releases something better as a first single; "Bossy" does not have that hit potential, although it could do really well in clubs.
