Check out the first music video still released from Leona Lewis' single "Collide." What is going on with this single? I thought it was released months ago?

Same legal issues, but they have came to an agreement and the single is going to be released featuring the DJ that the beats were stolen from. Something like that...
Yes, while the song did come out a while ago, the instrumentals to the song weren't created by her, or any of her producers. They actually stole the music from another artist who was going to release his own single with it.
It got held back because Tim Berg / DJ Avicii accused Leona of stealing "Fade Into Darkness" and using it for "Collide." She denied it and said he'd agreed, he said he didn't, it then went off to court and they agreed to a revenue split.

yeah it was but it was having problems in court cuz of a copy of it..but now it's free and she is only making the video..
