Lady GaGa- "Alejandro" Live at American Idol
Lady GaGa performed her new single "Alejandro" tonight during the results show on American Idol. The performance was good, but vocally a little weak. I did like how they set up the stage, that angel fountain with the fire coming from behind it was great. However, I think they should have left out at least half of the dancers. There were just too many. And what the hell were they wearing?

During the recent period I was very hesitating between this Gaga vs. Xtina thing, and I don't like any comparisons, but after this live performance I would absolutely vote for Christina Aguilera. Her worst vocal performances were as good as the best Gaga vocal performances.
I really love Gaga's music, but I think this extravagant, hide everything is getting boring, and I don't think so that she is that great musician. But I appreciate her work and passionism.
But Christina Aguilera is lot way better.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with this performance. Her voice sounds amazing, and anyway she's on tour so she's probably very tired. If you are truly a Gaga fan you know how promising of an artist she is. She does not need to be compared to Christina or Kesha; she is her own person, and creates brilliant music. Clearly she has proven herself an inspiring and true musician, and for those who you who've given up on her, shame on you for being one sided and overly critical. She is only human, after all.
FOX fucked up her performance and chopped it all up and cut stuff out in four different parts according to GaGa herself! FOX is very homophobic and antigay which is why they chose to cut the dancers dancing with each other (male with a male).

Ok Xtina has been around for over a decade and yes she's talented an all but look at gaga in just 2 1/2 years has done what xtina took 10 years to do.. thats about it.
btw the best vocal performer is CARRIE UNDERWOOD duh......

I thought the performance was bad until I found out that Fox "POORLY + AMATEURLY" edited it in four places, as Gaga tweeted. The full performance is actually quite decent.
