Demo of Britney Spears' "Telephone"
Is this real? If it is, wow... it's awful! Here's a demo of Britney Spears singing "Telephone" made famous now by Lady GaGa and Beyoncé. Damn, it's terrible! Thanks again, Gary.
Update: Yes, this is real. Apparently it was originally written for Britney. And yes, it's an unfinished demo... but it's still pretty bad. Autotune overdone. Thank God Britney passed this song on to GaGa.

the song sucks no matter who sing it. its pure trash. stupid lyrics and thankfully atleast brintey had enough sense to turn it down especially since lady gaga just went overkill and is slowly starting to fade away cause she got boring quick

Was probably recorded during her "blackout" album era where they just recorded her singing the alphabet and threw together a record.

This is a DEMO. Meaning, this is NOT BRITNEY, but someone who sounds like her.
When an artist is offered a demo, they demo will often have a sound-alike vocalist - but flat w/o flourishes.
Britney would listen to this and get a sense of the track, and figure out where she would amp it up.
End of story.
Really not smart of judge a demo track.
