The show gathered 22 million viewers during the first hour and growing to 25 million during the second hour of the premiere. Impressive. Everyone was tunning in to watch Kate Gosselin dance I suppose, considering Dial Idol shows her with a pretty big lead at #1 in votes.

And they're good! Dancing With The Stars came back with a vengeance in the ratings last night, winning in every primetime slot and coming up 19% from last year! The show gathered 22 million viewers during the first hour and growing to 25 million during the second hour of the premiere. Impressive.
