Paula Abdul Live @ American Idol

For the first time ever, Paula Abdul has taken the stage on American Idol to perform one of her songs "Here for the Music". Although she lipsynched the song I have to say the performance was great, the dancing and coreography were really good. Check it out! Did not know Paula still had those dance moves in her.
