Singer and actress Hilary Duff is heading back to the studio to record her new album which should hit stores later this year. According to her webstie, she's written six songs and around eleven instrumental tracks ready to be put to good use by her producers. It's also been announced that her new single "Reach Out (And Touch Me)" will hit radio airwaves this month of August and the music video for the single will be shot in coming weeks.
The new single was written by one of the most recognized names in Pop music, Kara DioGuardi and was produced by Ryan Tedder lead singer of OneRepublic, who also produced Leona Lewis' monster single "Bleeding Love" and his own band's "Stop and Stare".
