The fourth season of MTV's The Hills kicks off tonight, and while we wait for this premiere, check out the new promotion pictures for this drama-packed reality series. Once again, Heidi Montag was excluded from the group pictures that are Lauren Conrad, Whitney Port and Audrina Patridge. Lo Bosworth, Stephanie Pratt and Spencer Pratt were also featured in other shoots. Check them out. Gorgeous ladies.
