Carrie Underwood will make her fifth appearance on the newest cover of Country Weekly Magazine, check out that cover above and pick up a copy of it once it's on newstands.On to other news, Underwood has scored yet another endorsement deal, this time with Nintendo DS. Carrie along with Ugly Betty star America Ferrara will appear on a nation-wide commercial promoting the Metallic Pink Nintendo DS which was released late last year. It doesn't stop there though. The Idol champ will also take the stage tomorrow night (May 18th) at the Academy of Country Music Awards, where she will perform her newest Top 10 hit "Last Name" - and will compete for the Female Vocalist of the Year award.
