Carrie Underwood Invited to Join the Grand Ole Opry

Just after performing the Randy Travis classic, "I Told You So," on the Opry stage last March 15th, Randy Travis himself came out onstage to a shocked Carrie. But he didn't just wish her a happy birthday -- Randy invited Carrie to become the next member of the Grand Ole Opry.

"This was one of the best nights of my life and it's something I'll never forget!" said Carrie from the stage.

Carrie will be formally inducted on May 10.

Just in case any Carrie fans don't know how big of a deal this is, it's huge!! In country music... this is like the penacle. All of country music's legends were apart of the show and were inducted.
