Juanes Live @ Latin American Idol Finale
Colombian rock singer Juanes recently performed his new #1 hit, "Me Enamora" at the finale of the second season of Latin American Idol. He's been hard at work promoting the new single and the new album, "La Vida es un Ratico", that, as you know, will hit stores on October 23rd. Great performance, enjoy.
Avril Lavigne on the Set of her New Video, "Hot".
Here's a photo of Avril Lavigne on the set for her new music video, "Hot". The third official single from her extremely successful, "The Best Damn Thing". As I said, the video's theme is a 1920's burlesque theme, it should be interesting and I can't wait to see it. It should be released in a few weeks. Great!
Ads for Paris Hilton and Britney Spears Perfumes
Talkin' about perfumes, here are the two official ads for the new Britney Spears perfume, Believe, and Paris Hilton's new one called Can-Can. That heavily photoshopped picture of Britney is so old, it's not even funny. At least from the 2002 era. No way in hell she looks that good today.
Mariah Carey's New Perfume Commercial
Everyone's coming out with perfume lines, huh? Gwen Stefani, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Paris Hilton, and Mariah Carey. Madness!! Here is the commercial for M by Mariah Carey, it's sexy... but nowhere enar as good as Gwen's commercial. Watch it.

Told ya it was Coming! Justin Timberlake & Beyoncé
I said it a few days ago, and the official remix is finally here. Justin Timberlake has released the sixth radio single from his extremly successful record, "FutureSex/LoveSounds". This track is called "Until the End of Time", and it is rumored to be the last single off of this album - for the remix, and for better audience recognition, Timberlake decided to work with Beyoncé, and it's fire! The song's good, it could get boring. But it is a good duet. (Just nowhere near as good as Beyoncé and Shakira together!) Here's an embedded video with the song, enjoy.

America's Next Top Model: First Model Sent Home
The first photoshoot wrapped, the theme was to show the diseases caused by smoking. One of my favorite shoots from any cycle. Tyra also announced during judging that this would be the 'non-smoking cycle', because so many people watch the show and idolize the models, seeing them smoke can send out the wrong message to young people watching, therefore, smoking was banned from the show, all the girls are prohibited to smoke. Now, about the shoot, my personal favorites were Lisa and Heather - great photos. I will post some of the pictures once they appear on the web. But someone had to get eliminated, and the bottom two came down to Ebony and Mila, resulting in Mila's elimination, as she did have the weakest picture. Now 12 girls continue on the competition. Who will get sent home next? Comments?
Hot Pick: Matchbox Twenty- "How Far We've Come"
Another hot one! This song's simply awesome all around. "How Far We've Come" is the lead single from Matchbox Twenty's upcoming album, "Exile on Mainstream". The video really projects the song's meaning and that's great, this is without a doubt one of the group's best songs. For real.
Rihanna Ft. Ne-Yo- "Hate That I Love You" (Video)
Rihanna has released another single from her very successful album "Good Girl Gone Bad". This truly is her year! The new single is the ballad called "Hate That I Love You" featuring Ne-Yo. At first, I wasn't too excited about the single choice, I don't like Ne-Yo's music at all and I always thought that "Breakin' Dishes" would be the better single choice. But anyway, after watching the video a few times, the song has started to grow on me... it's a good song and a good video. I keep my fingers crossed for the release of "Breakin' Dishes" though!
Hot Pick: Baby Bash Ft. T-Pain- "Cyclone"
This Hot Pick comes from Baby Bash, "Cyclone" is the first single from his upcoming October release, "Ronnie Ray All Day". This track was produced by Lil' Jon - as you might notice, it uses the sample of his song, "Snap Yo Fingers". Overall, the song is great, and damn catchy. However, the music video is boring, I feel like I've seen that video a million times, so many videos are staged on a music club, it's truly getting old. But anyway, hot song. Enjoy.

Ashlee Simpson Promo Pictures for Upcoming Album

Nicole Scherzinger Ft. Will.I.Am- "Baby Love"
Due to the unexpected commercial failure of Nicole Scherzinger's debut solo single, "Whatever U Like", her and her record company were forced to release a back-up single, in this case what will be the 'first single' from her upcoming album, "Her Name is Nicole". This song has been picking up radio play nicely, it has gotten more recognition than the previous single. Personally, I prefer "Whatever U Like" a lot more than this one. About the video, yes, it is sexy. However, it's something we've all seen before - nothing new, nothing special. Again, I prefered her last single. Anyway, here it is. Enjoy.
Alicia Keys- "No One" (Music Video)
The video for Alicia Key's new single has finally been released, the song is easily one of my faves. The music video for the single called "No One" is simple, but damn good. The theme is amazing. Check it out. Also, don't forget to look out for her album, "As I Am", which will hit stores on November 13th.
Weekend Box Office Report
The report is back! But with another dissapointing and boring box office weekend. I got not much to say, let the numbers speak for themselves. We need some monster movie that will blow the office away. We haven't had a hit movie since The Bourne Ultimatum came out a while ago. But congrats to Resident Evil: Extinction for going #1. Great film.Cover of Juanes' "La Vida Es Un Ratico"
Here's the official cover of Juanes' new album due out on Oct. 23rd, "La Vida es un Ratico". The cover is different, I don't get why he would leave a piece of his eye hanging out - it looks rather creepy. The cover overall is nice, very 'rock-ish'. But, no matter what the cover looks like, I'm sure this album will become a successs.
Women of Rock - Rolling Stone 2008 Wall Calendar
Juanes- "Me Enamora" (Music Video) - [fixed]
And the video premieres keep on coming. Colombian singer, Juanes has just released the music video for "Me Enamora", the lead single from his very awaited-for upcoming album, "La Vida es un Ratico". The single itself is already a huge success, it has debuted at #1 on this week's Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart - making Juanes one of the few artists to have a Hot Shot Debut at #1 on that chart. About the video now, it truly has great editing, he is very simple when it comes to making music videos but this one might very well be his best one yet. Also, Look for the album to hit stores on October 23rd. My Say: Record companies suck! STOP removing artist's videos from Youtube!

Daughtry- "Over You" (Music Video) - [fixed]
And it was finally released! The best song (IMO) from Daughtry's multi-platinum self-titled debut album has been released as the third official single, and I am happy! The video for the track called "Over You" is actually real good, much better than the group's previous ones. Let's just cross our fingers and hope that his record company doesn't ask Youtube to remove the music video from the site - that gets damn annoying. Enjoy!
Rihanna on Fashion Magazine
Rihanna appears looking very 'rock & roll" on the new issue of Fashion magazine. Hot! Can't wait to see the scans.Jennifer Lopez "Brave" Promos
Here are two new HQ promo pics from Jennifer Lopez's upcoming album, "Brave". These two pics are awesome, the water theme is great. She has some nice pics on this shoot, yet, she chose the worst pictures for the cover. Click to see them bigger.

Sum 41- "Walking Disaster" - Video of the Week
Time for a new Video of the Week, and this week's winner is Sum 41 with their new single called "Walking Disaster" - the second single from their album "Underclass Hero". This song is great, and the video is creative. Just good all over, too bad that American radio has not picked up the song yet, they should! Enjoy.
Finished Christina Aguilera Perfume Ad
Out Today: Good Luck Chuck + Sydney White
Finally, after a few number of weeks without a worthy movie release come Good Luck Chuck and Sydney White, two comedy films that look hilarious! In Good Luck Chuck, when Chuck (Dane Cook) refused to kiss a goth girl when he was ten years old, she placed a curse on him: every single woman he sleeps with will break up with him and marry the next man she meets. Chuck soon realizes this pattern and becomes hopeful that single women will seek him out as a date, so they will soon find Mr. Right. He then meets Cam Wexler (Jessica Alba), a lovable but clumsy penguin trainer. However, he finds himself in a conundrum, as she constantly tries to convince him to have sex, something he tries to avoid because he doesn't want her to marry someone else. The film is rated R by the MPAA for sequences of strong sexual content including crude dialogue and nudity, language, and drug use. Soubnds damn good and I can't wait to watch this one! Now, on Sydney White, college freshman Sydney White (Amanda
Bynes) has come to Southern Atlantic University to pledge her late mom's once-dignified sorority. But, while surviving the pledging process wrought by evil campus witch mean-spirited Rachel Witchburn (Sara Paxton), Syd finds out this version of sisterhood isn't remotely what it's cracked up to be. Banished to a condemned house on Greek Row, Syd finds her rightful place with a band of seven very socially challenged guys. With the help of one lovestruck frat boy named Tyler (Matt Long), she and the doofs campaign to take over student government. Fighting for the rights of misfits big and small, Syd organizes her gang to revolutionize the system, once and for all. Sounds great as well. The film is rated PG-13 by the MPAA for some language, sexual humor, and partying. Good wekkend to watch movies!
Vanessa Carlton Promo Photos

Jessica Simpson on the Set of Major Movie Star
Jessica Simpson becomes the latest young actress to end up in the gutter - on the set of her new movie, Major Movie Star. When fluffy, bubble gum movie star Megan Valentine suddenly finds herself broke and humiliated in the public eye, she wanders from the wreckage of a car accident and witlessly enlists in the U.S. Army hoping in vain that it will change her life. - sk.net I think she looks hilarious, she defenitely looks like she's into the character and that should be a good thing. I only hope that this movie gets released after all and not get pushed back so many times like her current unreleased film Blonde Ambition. The movie can't be that bad. Haha.
Cover of Backstreet Boys New Album- "Unbreakable"
That's the cover of the Backstreet Boys "Unbreakable" album. Not bad, it's very serious. Let's see how well this album does. Look for it to hit stores on October 30th.
Carrie Underwood- "So Small" Video! [Fixed Again]
It has finally hit the airwaves! The brand new single from Carrie Underwood's upcoming sophomore album has been released! The music video for the song called "So Small" premiered on CMT and for six hours they played the music video non-stop as CMT turned into Carrie Music Television. This video is great, the story it tells and shows is touchy and Carrie looks flawless. Roman White is a great director and it shows in this video. Check it out, it's amazing.

New Ashley Tisdale Video- "He Said, She Said"
It's Disney minute around here now. Here's the music video for the second single from Ashley Tisdale's debut album, "Headstrong". This very catchy song is called "He Said, She Said" and it's hot! and the video? Sexy!! I only hope she keeps her clothes on for good, unlike her High School Musical co-star Vanessa. Shame. Enjoy the video.
Hot Pick: Jonas Brothers- "SOS"
I had not heard this song until a few days ago when it was played on the radio. I didn't even like it at first, but it's been radio friendly and it has gotten me hooked! They're the Jonas Brothers who recently released their self-titled sophomore album, which is having moderate success, at least much more success than their debut album had. This song is their new single called "SOS" and it's great. Check it out.

New Fall Out Boy Music Video
Fall Out Boy have released the fourth single from their platinum album "Infinity on High". This song defenitely has one of the longest titles in the history of music. "I'm Like a Lawyer with the Way I'm Always Trying to Get You Off (Me + You)" - is that long enough for ya? Well, the music video is actually very nicely done, creative in a way, it was made in Uganda, located in central Africa. Check it out, it's worth it. Enjoy.
Carrie Underwood New Photo From Upcoming Album
And the pictures keep flowing. Here's a brand new Carrie Underwood picture released by BMG Nashville from Carrie's upcoming sophomore album, "Carnival Ride". Stunning, like always. Check out the HQ.

Avril Lavigne's "Hot" Single Cover + Canadian Idol Live
It was confirmed and the music video for Avril Lavigne's upcoming single called "Hot" has been shot. The music video was shot in New Jersey and it was announced in a press release that the video has a '1920s burlesque theme, filled with girls in fishnets.' "Hot" has not been officially released to radio yet but it has been gaining spins slowly. Her current single, "When You're Gone" is doing great on radio and it is still climbing steadily. We can expect the video to premiere sometime next month and while we wait, here's the official cover for the single. Haven't heard the song yet? Here's Avril's performance of the single last Tuesday at Canadian Idol. Defenitely one of my all-time favortie Avril songs. Enjoy. To watch her performance of "When You're Gone" at Canadian Idol, click here.
Justin Timberlake to Work with Beyoncé?
The airplay on Justin Timberlake's "Until the End of Time" is more deliberate than arbitrary - at least, it is now. I checked with Billboard's Raphael George, who manages the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. He tells me that WGCI in Chicago started playing "Until the End of Time" from Justin's album, which inspired his label, Jive, to promote the song at urban radio. That's why it is doing so much better on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart. Raphael adds that a remix, with Beyoncé, is coming in about two weeks. Hmm, wonder if that will help the song cross over to top 40 radio!" - Thanks COB
Tony Bennett & Christina Aguilera Live at the Emmys
The lengedary Tony Bennett and pop star Christina Aguilera, who is about six months pregnant, performed "Steppin' Out (With My Baby)" at the 59th Emmy Awards on September 16th. It's been a long time i don't see Christina performing so this is really cool. She looked stunning and gave a great performance along with Tony. - Thanks Kevipod
Carrie Underwood New Promo for "Carnival Ride"
And it is officially Carrie Underwood mania around here these days. The country singer is everywhere! Here is yet another picture from her upcoming album "Carnival Ride". Gorgeous she looks, but then again, when doesn't she? Stunning! Enjoy.

Southland Tales Official Poster
The movie poster looks good, and the plot sounds even better. Southland Tales is an ensemble piece set in the futuristic landscape of Los Angeles on July 4, 2008, as it stands on the brink of social, economic and environmental disaster. Boxer Santaros (Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson) is an action star who's stricken with amnesia. His life intertwines with Krysta Now (Sarah Michelle Gellar), an adult film star developing her own reality television project, and Ronald Taverner (Seann William Scott), a Hermosa Beach police officer who holds the key to a vast conspiracy. This movie also stars Justin Timberlake in the role of as Pilot Abilene, a disfigured Iraq War veteran and Mandy Moore as Madeline Frost-Santaros. The film will be released this coming November, and I can't wait.

Carrie Underwood- "So Small" Finished!
The video for Carrie’s new single (off her new album!!) is finished! She’s never looked more beautiful and the song is simply amazing. I can’t wait until the video hits the tube next week. It’s pretty dramatic and captures the message of the song with an interesting storyline and some super cool visuals. As always, we had a great shoot in the middle of a closed interstate here in Tennessee. We used some huge balloon lights and shot all evening. I was even told by some of the officers and firemen onset that people were calling in UFO sightings as we were shooting! I thought that was especially funny, but I guess people driving down a desolate piece of highway with white glowing blobs hovering in the sky would freak some people out a bit. Hehe. So for all of you who called in and thought we were being invaded, FEAR NOT, we were merely shooting a killer video for the incredible Ms. Underwood! Look for it on CMT and GAC soon! -Romanwhite.com
New Backstreet Boys Video- "Inconsolable"
They're back with a ballad! The Backstreet Boys are giving this another try, they have released their new video for the single "Inconsolable", from their upcoming October album release. The video's good, it's good to see that they're breaking apart from that bubble pop crap they used to sing and are now making more mature serious music. Enjoy.
Gwen Stefani Complete Video- "Now That You Got It"

50 Cent & Kanye West on the Cover of RollingStone
I feel like 50 Cent might have talked a little bit too much about competition and became too overconfident about his record sales, I guess the rapper will be having to hang up the microphone because as we all know, he said that he would stop making music for ever if Kanye West sold more records than him during their opening week. Well, it looks to be the case, because Kanye West's "Graduation" is heading towards selling 700,000 copies this week, while 50 Cent's "Curtis" will move about 500,000 copies. But wait! It gets better, looks like 50 Cent MIGHT even debut at #3 because country singer Kenny Chesney is on the road to selling 550,000 copies with his album "Just Who I Am". Poor 50, a #3 debut? Wow. Let's see what happens when the official numbers are scaned next week.Jessica Simpson is Going Country for Good Ya'll

Gwen Stefani Commercial for HP
Gwen Stefani seems to be all over the place, she's got her own fragrance line, her clothing line, as well as her extremely successful music career and now the she's new face of HP. This commercial's great, I love it. The song you hear on the background is what's rumored to be Gwen's fifth single from her "The Sweet Escape" album, the song is called "Early Winter". Enjoy.

Still from Carrie Underwood's "So Small" Video
A still from Carrie Underwood's new music video has been found on the web. Carrie looks amazing on that photo, her eyes look great! She's standing in front of a green screen, which tells us that the video is going to have some digital work on it. I can't wait to see this video. Don't forget that Carrie Underwood's album "Carnival Ride" hits stores on October 23rd.
