New week, new updates. We've got a brand new #1 album, the 25th volume of the Now That's What I Call Music! series has taken the top spot selling well over 225,000 copies. The album includes huge hits like Beyoncé & Shakira's "Beautiful Liar" and Carrie Underwood's "Before He Cheats". Other debuts include Yellowcard's latest album "Paper Walls" which debuted at #13 selling 40,000 copies. Not bad at all considering the album had no promotion. As for the Billboard Hot 100, the #1 single for the second week in a row goes to the Plain White T's with their hit "Hey There Delilah", this song also takes the top on Billboard's Hot Digital Songs, however, the most successful singles of this year remains Gwen Stefani's "The Sweet Escape" and Avril Lavigne's "Girlfriend" - each have sold two million digital downloads and they are expected to be certified Double Platinum soon. Other #1's are Enrique Iglesias' "Dimelo" which remains on top of the Billboard Hot Latin Songs for an eight week now and Kenny Chesney's "Never Wanted Nothing More" which takes the #1 on Billboard's Hot Country Songs.
