Time to reveal this week's Australian number one's! Let's begin with the #1 album. Climbing one spot to reach the top with already more than 70,000 copies shipped is Linkin Park's album, "Minutes to Midnight" which has gotten certified Platinum by the ARIA with only two weeks of release. As for the #1 single, the crown goes once again to Avril Lavigne's "Girlfriend", which rocks a sixth week on top of the Australian Top Singles chart. The song shows no signs of slowing down, and if it spends one more week at number one it will tie the record of single with the longest run at #1 in 2007 with Hinder's "Lips of an Angel" which took the top for seven weeks earlier this year.
