The Hills Final Season Trailer

In a sneak peek of the final season of The Hills, Heidi Montag comes home after undergoing 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day.

"I haven't seen anyone since my surgery -- no one's seen Heidi 3.0," she says.

But when she asks her mom whether she looks good, her mom refuses to answer.

"I think you should rephrase the question," says her mom.

That isn't Montag's only drama next season: The trailer hints that she is and husband Spencer Pratt are on the rocks ("I really didn't think that on my year anniversary I'd be getting divorced," she says).

Elsewhere, Lo Bosworth also confronts Kristin Cavallari about her alleged cocaine use ("We're worried about you," she tells her) -- and much more!

MTV's The Hills Comes to an End

MTV said Thursday the sixth and last season of the popular reality soap will begin April 27th. Twelve new episodes will be aired before "The Hills" calls it quits.

I think this series died after Lauren Conrad left the show. I didn't even know they were still airing it to be honest.

The Hills? Definitely Fake

... but we all knew that already. Kristin Cavallari who is taking over Lauren Conrad's place on The Hills admitted to the LA Times that the show is fake. Check out some highlights from her interview below.

On the producers:
"I pretty much do anything they have me do because I don't care. I mean, we're filming a TV show. Let's make it interesting. Let's have a good time with it."

On Laguna Beach and hating the way she was made out to be the villain:
"I almost felt like it was unfair for [MTV] to come into our lives at such a young age and sort of mess with things. I don't regret it, but I was 17 — of course I wanted to be on TV. I felt like they should have been a little bit more careful with us."

On showing up to work at "pre-selected" locations Wednesday through Friday:
"They tell us what to talk about. Listen, I have fun with it. They film Curb Your Enthusiasm the same way."

On her reality:
"The thing is, if this was a reality show about my life, they would follow me going to auditions and studying with acting coaches, but they didn't want to show that because it's not glamorous. They make it seem like we have perfect lives and like we have all this money."

On The Hills' "reality:"
"Everyone is trying to get story lines and create drama in their lives. It's just so…fake. There's no truth to it. At all."

For the millions out there who never fail to watch MTV's The Hills every Monday night, don't forget that tonight we finally see the finale to Season 3, which has been pretty long. Not to worry though, The Hills has been picked up for a fourth season of drama and more drama which will likely air this Fall. Again, the Season three finale airs tonight at 10PM.

Can you believe how famous the show has gotten these girls? This is the most important cover they've been featured on so far. The Hills Premiere Breaks Ratings Record

The season premiere of The Hills Monday night was the highest rated telecast for cable all year long so far! It was also the highest rated episode ever of The Hills. It even beat out broadcast television channels with the highest ratings for the night. The premiere averaged over 4.7 million viewers - the premiere for season three averaged 3.6 million viewer's last year - that's over a million viewers more. The show is becoming one of MTV's most-watched in history and they show no signs of stopping. People just love the good drama I guess.

The Hills Season 3.5 Kicked Off

Everyone's favorite reality show has returned! The second half of season three kicked off tonight at 10PM during a one-hour premiere that featured a Mariah Carey performance at the Live premiere party. During the episode we see what went down while Lauren and Whitney are in Paris working for Teen Vogue. In the States we see Heidi moved to Colorado with her parents to stay away from Spencer and clear her head, but he ends up going out to visit her, then the drama follows. Heidi doesn't want to see Spencer and when he leaves tells him to move out when she returns to California. Interesting stuff, the drama never ends. I've posted above a trailer that shows what's to be expected this season. This is some entertaining TV, scripted or not. Check out the trailer. I'm also in the mood of brining back an old poll. The Hills is Back with Part Deux of Season Three

Last season ended with Lauren and Whitney going to Paris to work for Teen Vogue... it was made clear that season three would pick up with what happens in Paris and after the girls come back to the States.. the Trailer for what I like to call Season 3.5 has aired a few times on MTV and if you happened to catch it, you know how good this season looks.

To recap the trailer in a few words I'll say that while in Paris, Lauren hooks up with a French man after finding out Brody has a new "girl"... Whitney tells Lauren she's going quit at Teen Vogue... Heidi tells Spencer to move out and they show the two having many fights... Audrina and Heidi become friends and it pisses Lauren off... Spencer's sister attends Lauren's party and THAT pisses Spencer off... Audrina goes back to JustinBobby and Lauren doesn't like it.. Brody and Lauren have a fight.. Whitney gets a new job... Audrina's friendship with Lauren becomes a little rocky and much more. Oh the drama!
