Christina Aguilera- National Anthem at Super Bowl
Christina Aguilera performed the National Anthem live at the Super Bowl in Dallas, Texas tonight... and although she is a great vocalist, this performance was all wrong. Not only did she mess up the lyrics, but the last note was rough. I'm sure there's a difference between hitting a high note and plain out screaming. Props to her for singing live, but Carrie Underwood did miles better last year.

She should be banished!!!!!! How easy it is to prove a performers IGNORANCE! What a true shame it is that this country hires people to perform OUR NATIONAL ANTHEM and they don't even KNOW THE WORDS! She is nothing but a JOKE!
I actually thought she sounded way better than the girl from Glee with a very annoying voice.
The country, as a whole, did not hire her.
YOU KNOW WHAT ASS HOLES, PEOPLE ARE HUMAN AND MAKE MISTAKES. THE JOKE IS AMERICANS WHO RESORT FIRST TO NEGATIVITY AND RUDENESS. IM NOT A FAN OF HERS BUT JEEZ WHY ALL THE HATE. AND AT LEAST SHE SAN LIVE UNLIKE MOST SUPERBOWL ANTHEM PERFORMERS.
You try singing the National Anthem to more than a million people! She made an honest mistake...should that make her a bad American for that?! Some people should REALLY get over it!!!
All I remember of the national anthem is 'O say can you see' and 'Home of the brave'. So she did way better than me.
