Jessica Simpson recently teamed up with the Marines for a one-of-a-kind duet! She and Aviation Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class John Britt recorded a song together on the U.S.S. Harry Truman, and she and John will travel to New York together to perform at the Rockefeller Christmas Tree Lighting!“We were thrilled to have Ms. Simpson out here,” said Capt. Joe Clarkson, commanding officer of the U.S.S. Harry Truman. “I appreciate her selflessness in giving her time to tell Sailors and Marines how much she appreciates their service. I hope that she realizes that her short time on board really did raise morale and make a difference.”
Happy Christmas is scheduled to be released on December 7, 2010. Jessica also has a Christmas TV special airing on PBS next month!
