VMAs 2010 The Most Watched Since 2002!!

The 2010 Video Music Awards gave MTV another reason to fist-pump, netting a big 11.4 million viewers Sunday night.

According to the network, the two-hour awards show was the most-watched program on MTV since 2002. Highlights included a Kanye West-Taylor Swift musical throwdown (of sorts), the cast of Jersey Shore sharing a jacuzzi on stage, and Lady Gaga's meaty moment of triumph.

MTV also said this year's VMAs was up 33 percent among its target 12-34-year-old audience (7.9 million), and is its biggest-ever haul in the demographic. The event is 2010's top cable telecast to-date.

It was also the most boring VMAs in years. I was hoping to see something exciting but nothing really happened. I guess I'm just not that into rap or Justin Bieber. That's probably why I wasn't into it

i truly do not understand why the heck lady gaga did NOT perform on this year's vmas!!! this could have been the ONE perfect time that gaga and beyonce could have done telephone :(. gaga could have started out with dance in the dark then beyonce would come out and they would do telephone or something great like that... and katy perry should have performed too!

side note: that pic u chose: it kinda looks like kimberly wyatt ex pcd in the bottom left hand corner

It was okay. Not as good as last year's, but I don't think anything will beat last year's.
