Out in Stores Today: Teenage Dream

The awaited-for sophomore release from Katy Perry hits stores today! The album Teenage Dream has already produced the #1 hit single "California Gurls" and the Top 5 follow-up "Teenage Dream", which also currently sits at #1 on iTunes.

-Anybody wants to make predictions as to how many copies she will sell this first week? Shoot! We'll see who gets the closer number.

Buy 10-20 copies? Why? She has money.. ugg.

I dunno, but the album isn't good. Sounds exactly like Kesha and Britney Spears rejects. She sold out big time. I hope it doesn't crack 200k.

I doubt it will sell more than 300k, at most. Maybe 400k. I love it but based on her 1st album sales I'm not thinking it will sell that many copies.

I would love for Katy's new album to blow up and sell like 500k in one week! That would be fantastic! :D

All of her best tracks were already pre-released. Because of that people will expect a great album (I did) and will go out and buy it. I'm glad you leaked it before I went out and bought it or I would have been bummed I wasted my money. I LOVE "Teenage Dream" and "E.T.", they are fantastic. "Not Like the Movies" is good too. Aside from that it just feels like catchy filler.
