American Idols Live! Tour Ending Sooner

As last year's phenom Adam Lambert's 'Glam Nation' concert sells out nationwide, this year's American Idol summer tour is canceling eight tour dates and rearranging others, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Organizers behind the Idols Live! tour are wrapping up the show sooner than expected. Eight concerts have been abruptly canceled and instead of ending their run on September 16th in Portland, Maine, there will be a two week hiatus beginning August 31st before the final September 14th show in Indianapolis.

Neither American Idol or Live Nation gave a reason for the cancelation.

Honestly I'm not surprised. It was a very boring season of AI, and it will really sink next year w/o Simon as a judge. Great for Adam with his shows being sold out!!
