Britney Spears' latest single "3" from her upcoming collection The Singles has debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart! The single's first week digital sales were of over 250,000, more than enough to push the single to #1.Britney is the first artist in over 3 years to debut at the top spot! The last one was American Idol winner Taylor Hicks with "Do I Make You Proud" from 2006.
