Theta Pi is a college sorority with 50 members. It is run by Mrs. Crenshaw (Carrie Fisher) and includes six sisters named Jessica (Leah Pipes), Cassidy (Briana Evigan), Ellie (Rumer Willis), Claire (Jamie Chung), "Chugs" (Margo Harshman), and Megan (Audrina Patridge). These six are seniors and close friends. Despite Mrs. Crenshaw's efforts, the girls often have wild, sex parties where alcohol flows freely. At one of these events, Megan discovers her boyfriend Garrett is cheating on her, and the sisters plot pull a prank on him as payback. They stage death during a makeout session with Garrett, and direct him to bring Megan's "dead" body to a steel mill. While the girls giggle and--following Jessica's lead--try to prolong the prank, they mention to Garrett that they need something to dismember the body with. When the girls' backs are turned, Garrett impales a tire iron (Lug wrench) into her chest, actually killing her. The girls and Garrett, shocked at the murder of their best friend, dump Megan's body into a well, and vow to never ever speak of that night again. Eight months later, during the party after graduation, the girls receive a mysterious picture sent to their phones: a hooded figure holding the bloody wrench Garret used to kill Megan. They soon find the hooded figure is stalking them and their boyfriends. Then, using a modified--bladed at each end, like a shuriken--version of the wrench, the figure then proceeds to kill off various individuals.
